Program: KPG-10T (10 Days / 9 Nights)
Day 1: Kathmandu
Arrival at Kathmandu airport, where you will be greeted by a representative of the hosting company and transferred to your hotel. A brief program briefing will follow. After a short rest, visit the Buddhist stupa of Swayambhunath — one of the oldest and most beautiful temple complexes in the Kathmandu Valley and one of the ancient Buddhist temples in the world. The stupa is located about three kilometers from Kathmandu on a 77-meter high hill and is considered the second largest after the Boudhanath Stupa. Its history is shrouded in legends dating back to ancient times. The best way to reach the top of the hill is by walking up the Great Staircase — a steep staircase of 300 steps built in the 17th century during the reign of King Pratap Malla. From above, the staircase looks almost vertical. As you climb higher and higher, fatigue is forgotten as you get absorbed by viewing the most important sights: footprints of saints, bas-reliefs depicting scenes from Buddha’s life, and numerous Buddhist statues.
In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner featuring national cuisine and traditional dances. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Pokhara city
Day 2: Kathmandu – Pokhara (7-8 hours)
Breakfast and departure to the starting point for rafting (about a 3.5-hour drive) on the Trisuli River. Rafting (optional) on the mountain river on inflatable rafts (easy level). This exciting journey offers stunning mountain landscapes and pristine nature along the riverbanks, thrilling rapids, and fresh, pure air. Lunch. After lunch, departure to the city of Pokhara (820 m, about 4 hours scenic drive), located in the foothills of the Annapurna massif. The city stretches along the beautiful blue Phewa Lake at the foot of Mount Machapuchare (6977 m) (Fish Tail), whose snowy peak is reflected in the calm, mirror-like surface of the lake. Such a picturesque location and close proximity to the Himalayas have earned Pokhara the deserved reputation as one of the most beautiful places in the world, showcasing the grandeur of the highest snow-capped peaks. Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 3: Transfer to Nayapul (1060 m), trek to Tikhedhunga (1577 m), 4 hours
We drive to the village of Nayapul and start the trek. The trail to Tikhedhunga village runs along the Bhurundi Khola River, passing colorful villages, mesmerizing waterfalls, and rice fields. Overnight in a lodge.
Day 4: Trek from Tikhedhunga (1577 m) to Gorepani (2775 m), 6 hours
An easy trek along stone-paved paths winding through oak and rhododendron forests, offering breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks Annapurna I (8091 m) and Dhaulagiri (8167 m). Overnight in a lodge.

Poon Hill (3210m)
Day 5: Trek from Gorepani (2775 m) – Poon Hill (3210 m) – Tadapani (2590 m), 6 hours
We start the trek at 5 a.m. to reach the summit of Poon Hill in time to greet the sunrise. The breathtaking panorama of Annapurna will surely touch your soul. Afterward, descend through mountain jungles and rhododendron groves to Tadapani. Overnight in a lodge.
Day 6: Trek from Tadapani (2590 m) – Ghandruk (2012 m), 4 hours
A gentle descent continues. The trail passes through rhododendron forests with many epiphytic plants. Monkeys inhabit the woods. From Ghandruk, you’ll enjoy a mesmerizing view of the Annapurna peaks. Overnight in a lodge.
Day 7: Descent from Ghandruk to Nayapul (1070 m, 5 hours) and transfer to Pokhara.
In the evening, enjoy a boat ride on Phewa Lake and visit the island temple of Barahi—a small two-tiered temple dedicated to one of the incarnations of the goddess Shakti (Kali). Free evening. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8: After breakfast, a sightseeing tour of Pokhara:
Davis Falls, the sacred Gupteshwar Cave — a Shiva temple, Tibetan Refugee Camp, Mountaineering Museum, and more. Transfer to Kathmandu (7-8 hours). Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: Kathmandu – Patan
After breakfast, you will explore UNESCO World Heritage sites: Durbar Square in Patan (established in 299 AD). One of the oldest settlements in the Kathmandu Valley, Patan was once a separate kingdom from Kathmandu. On Durbar Square (“Palace Square”) you will see the famous Terracotta Temple of a Thousand Buddhas (12th century), the ancient Krishna Temple (17th century) — the only stone temple built in the Shikhara style, the Taleju Goddess Temple (17th century), the Royal Palace (17th century), Krishna Temple, Hiranya Varna, Mahavir, and Mahabuddha temples. You will also visit the home-temple of the living goddess Kumari and, if lucky, see her in person.
Next, visit Boudhanath Stupa, the largest stupa in Nepal. It is believed that this religious center was built in the 5th century during the reign of the Licchavi dynasty. The base of the dome features the “all-seeing eyes of Buddha” oriented in the four cardinal directions.
Later, visit Pashupatinath Temple, considered one of the four most important Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. The current main temple, with a two-tiered pagoda-style roof, was built in 1691–1692. Locals deeply revere Pashupatinath; many Nepalis visit early each morning to receive Shiva’s blessings. Another notable feature is the Bagmati River flowing through the temple grounds, regarded as sacred. Cremations are conducted here.
Return to the hotel. Free time. Overnight in Kathmandu.
